Console broker assumes that all copyrights/licenses for the material in pages belong to the person listing it. We do not in any way support stolen content or illegal content, and we will immediately report such things to the proper authorities.

Any clients found changing galleries and or "404" their pages will forfeit their pre-paid gallery listings. Any clients accused of redirecting or 404ing their galleries will be investigated immediately and dealt with accordingly.

We can not guarantee any definite amount of traffic due to the nature of the traffic generation method. We can only guarantee that the client's adspots will be listed daily.

Anyone in violation of these terms will forfeit their pre-paid gallery spots, and will be blacklisted from Consolebroker and all it’s affiliate networks.

The traffic stats posted are verified impressions on the day they were tested, those are averages and not guarantees. We can only guarantee that the client's adspots will be listed daily and in the location purchased.

***All efforts to go around the "Pop up blockers" for the exits are used, however, these methods may not be 100% effective. The buyer is aware of the above statements and agrees to the terms and disclaimer before purchase and will not hold Console Broker accountable for revenues or projections not earned.
